I also tried a new potato dish called Parmesan Potato Bake. We all really liked it, too!
Parmesan Potato Bake and Mary B.'s frozen tea biscuits
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken breasts (Larry filleted ours.)
Cream cheese (I used light cream cheese - about an ounce per chicken breast)
Jalapeno peppers
Bacon (Oscar Meyer is our favorite!)
DIRECTIONS FOR GRILLING:
Chicken breasts, spread cream cheese in the middle, sprinkle a few jalapeño peppers, roll, close and wrap a strip of bacon over it securing with a toothpick (Soak toothpick in water so it want catch on fire)! Grill until bacon is crispy!

DIRECTIONS FOR BAKING:
Filet chicken breasts, spread cream cheese in the middle, sprinkle a few jalapeño peppers, close and lay a strip of bacon over it! Bake until bacon is crispy!

My hubby would like these best with the jalapeño peppers but I would omit them from mine. The bacon is the perfect touch! Thanks for sharing! :)
ReplyDeleteoh does that chicken sound good. I like cream cheese anything and Hubs loves bacon. Great recipe.
