We enjoyed having our family with us for lunch today! Larry grilled hamburgers and made homemade ice cream! Both were delicious! Thank you, Larry!! We love you!!
I did re-heat the leftover Twice Baked Potatoes from last night. We all decided we'd call them Thrice Baked Potatoes today! They did re-heat very well.
There was also some of the Artichoke Ranch Dip left from last night, too. I wanted to stretch it a bit, so I added 4 oz. softened cream cheese and reheated it. We all decided we liked it better with the cream cheese. The next time I make this dip, I think I will use 1 cup of sour cream and 8 oz. of cream cheese.

Larry makes the BEST hamburgers on the planet! When our house burned he fixed them and brought them to our trailer for supper one night. It's been almost 2 years and my kids are still talking about those burgers!
